Last time CSKA went beyond the 1/16 finals in the Russian Cup in the 2015/16 season. Then the army team lost to Zenit in the final (1: 4). This time, the red and blue hit “Ufa”. This is a convenient rival for the Moscow club, since before that, the army team had never lost to the Ufa team in official matches.
